This is a 24-hour a day staffed program designated to give families more options for temporary respite. This program is for people 3 years and older who are eligible for service by the Wood County Board of DD. Wood Lane Residential Services, Inc hires, trains and supervised all staff. Families rest assured that their family member is well cared for by trained staff.

This program is used as an overnight retreat for preplanned family vacations or accessed due to family emergency needs. Healthy meals incorporating specialized diets, community activities and on call nursing services are provided.

WLRS, Inc currently provides respite services in locations in Bowling Green. The use of the program has steadily increased and the overall satisfaction reported is very positive.
