Wood Lane Residential Services, Inc prides itself
on providing quality services. We have identified key areas to analyze
to help maintain the Mission, Vision and Values of our organization.
We feel that this is accomplished by looking at all aspects and all
departments. The Report Card will reflect the data collected then
identify related goals.
2008 will serve as a baseline for future report cards. This year the information reported will just report on where we are today from which we will identify the measurable goals for 2009.
Data will be entered in the report card 2 x year (approximately January and July). New goals will be rendered from the result of previous years performance and from new “hot spots” identified for each department.
