This home is unique in its origin. The Diane Kemer Home is located in Perrysburg and for 10 years the home was a Family Consortium Home, the only one of its kind in Wood County. The Families of the individuals living in the home assisted with the staffing of the home. On 12/28/06, Wood Lane Residential Properties became owner of the home and Wood Lane Residential Service, inc began to provide the services to the individuals living in the home. The house was named after Diane Kemer, the mother of one of the long time residents of the home and a founder of the Consortium Home.

The Diane Kemer Home is currently
home to 4 men. They have adjusted to Wood Lane Residential Services, inc
and report satisfaction with the services provided. The men are all quite
active in Special Olympics, competitive employment, LEO activities and family and community
involvement.
