HUD issued a grant to Wood Lane Residential Properties, Inc for the construction of a building with 14 single bedroom apartments on Fairview Ave.

Construction will begin as soon as the ground thaws in Spring 2010. Poggemeyer Design Group out of Bowling Green is the architect for this project, and Willson Builders will be the general contractor/ builder.

Eligibility Requirements

• Individuals must be eligible for services through the Wood County Board of DD.
• Individuals must meet HUD income requirements
• Individuals interested in being placed on the waiting list will contact their Service Coordinator
